I declare that I intend to participate in the system Skiline, and that I have read the description of the system and the terms of use stated herein below. I hereby consent to the electronic storage and processing of my personal data or video recordings which I provide or which are captured at ski lift access points or at race courses or in fun parks. I know that only the surname, user name, email address, ski pass number and postal address must be provided and that further particulars (gender, age group, snowboarder or skier ...) are entirely optional.
I further consent to the additional use of these details by the operator of Skiline systems, the mountain railway companies whose ski pass I put in or register with Skiline, the companies Skiline Media AG, Seedammstr. 3, 8808 Pfaeffikon, Switzerland, and skiline marketing gmbh, Lindenstr. 2, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria, to send me supplementary information by mail, electronic mail or, upon my express request, by SMS.
I know that I may withdraw the forwarding of information or the use of my name in electronic hit lists or in video recordings
at any time, by SMS, upon entering my respective information into the electronic system. I also know that I may terminate my
Skiline participation at any time through my respective internet entry in http://www.skiline.cc or by email

In this case, my data will be deleted and the deletion will be communicated to the mountain railways involved.
Terms of Use
Skiline is a free service provided by Skiline Media AG, Austria branch office, Kohldorferstr. 98, 9020 Klagenfurt, Austria, and skiline marketing gmbh, Lindenstr. 2, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria, for ambitious skiers.
Skiline is an internet portal that has to be accessed via webbrowser or Skiline Terminals (Kiosks) or Skiline Photopoints. The functions offered by Skiline are detailed at http://www.skiline.cc/about.
On a case-by-case basis, as a complement to our service only, Skiline take the liberty to provide you, the user, with information concerning our services, the services of the mountain railway whose ski pass you entered or registered with Skiline, and services associated with skiing, by mail, email or, upon request, by SMS.
Prior to the provision of any of our services, we require your consent to electronically process the information entered by you as well as information deriving from control systems within the ski lift system, to send you emails and disseminate this information including forwarding your contact details (name and email address) to the respective mountain railway company, the ski pass of which you register with Skiline, the companies Skiline Media AG, Seedammstr. 3, 8808 Pfaeffikon, Switzerland, and skiline marketing gmbh, Lindenstr. 2, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria.
As this service is offered free of charge, we can neither guarantee the functionality nor the permanent availability of the devices and the service and we cannot assume any liability for damage resulting from the use of the system.
